SV	Als men [iemand] vernederen zal, en gij zeggen zult: Het zij verhoging; dan zal [God] den nederige van ogen behouden.
WLC	כִּֽי־הִ֭שְׁפִּילוּ וַתֹּ֣אמֶר גֵּוָ֑ה וְשַׁ֖ח עֵינַ֣יִם יֹושִֽׁעַ׃
Trans.	kî-hišəpîlû watō’mer gēwâ wəš^aḥ ‘ênayim ywōši‘a:

AC	כט כי-השפילו ותאמר גוה ושח עינים יושע
ASV	When they cast [thee] down, thou shalt say, [There is] lifting up; And the humble person he will save.
BE	For God makes low those whose hearts are lifted up, but he is a saviour to the poor in spirit.
Darby	When they are made low, then thou shalt say, Rise up! and he shall save him that is of downcast eyes.
ELB05	Wenn sie abwärts gehen, so wirst du sagen: Empor! Und den, der mit gesenkten Augen einhergeht, wird er retten.
LSG	Vienne l'humiliation, tu prieras pour ton relèvement: Dieu secourt celui dont le regard est abattu.
Sch	Führen sie abwärts, so wirst du sagen: «Es geht empor!» Und wer die Augen niederschlägt, den wird er retten.
